Kórejská perie trstina trávy, Kalamagrostis brachytricha, is a clump-forming, upright grass forming a gently arching fountain of grey-green foliage, from which tall, fluffy silver-grey flowerheads with hints of pink emerge in summer. It's suitable for growing in sun and partial shade, although it has a more upright habit when grown in full sun. The Royal Horticultural Society has given it its prestigious Award of Garden Merit.
